Spencer Farland is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in both management and technical roles across prominent companies, including ASML and Motorola Solutions. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at ASML since September 2018, Spencer oversees a multidisciplinary team of over 140 professionals, driving the development of high-precision lithography equipment. Previously, as Head of Architecture Engineering at Motorola Solutions, Spencer managed numerous programs within the ASTRO division, generating over $1 billion in revenue. Spencer holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.
