Stef Rompa has a background in accounting and project management, having worked as an Accounting Specialist and Project Manager at Ericsson from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Process Improvement Consultant at Sensus B.V. and later took on roles as a Financial Analyst and Process Improvement Lead at ASML from 2011 to 2015. Stef holds a degree in Bedrijfseconomie from Avans University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 1998 and 2003.
