Stefan Baks has extensive experience in the aerospace and semiconductor industries. Starting as an Internship Student at Fokker Services B.V. in 2014, Stefan later worked as an Aircraft Technician, focusing on Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 aircraft. From May 2017 to August 2020, Stefan contributed to ASML in various roles, including Technician NXE SD&P, Build Line Support NXE, and Technician NXE Build Fine. Responsibilities included deinstalling NXE machines, providing technical support, assembling high-quality complex products, and identifying opportunities for improving quality and cycle time. Stefan also served as Interim Team Lead and subsequently as Team Lead in the manufacturing EUV MID workcenter. Educational qualifications include a VMBO T degree in Techniek from Newmancollege and an MBO in aircraft maintenance engineering from Aircraft Maintenance & Training School.
