Stefan Weichselbaum

Stefan Weichselbaum is the Director of Product Development Stage Components at ASML, where they focus on delivering critical building blocks for High NA, 0.33 NA EUV, and DUV scanners from a new site in Berlin. They previously held several leadership roles at ASML, including Director of Product Management and Director of Product Development NXT, where they drove advancements in immersion systems for 10nm and 3nm nodes. Prior to ASML, Stefan worked at Siemens Medical Solutions in various capacities, including Portfolio Manager and Director Software Engineering, contributing to strategy development, project management, and system-level requirements. They began their career as a Software Developer at Austrian Aerospace GmbH, where they worked on a test system for a spaceborne GPS refractometer. Stefan earned a Master’s Degree in Technical Physics from Technische Universität Wien.
