Stephan van der Horst

Stephan van der Horst has extensive experience in supply chain planning and management, with a career spanning roles at ASML and Cymer. At ASML, responsibilities included New Product Logistics Planner, SCM Supply Chain Planner, and Manager Global Business Planning for CS EUV, where contributions included bridging development with volume operations, optimizing supply chain processes, and strategic headcount planning. As Supply Chain Manager for Product Lifecycle Management, leadership was demonstrated in managing a team and overseeing a joint collaboration project. At Cymer, as Manager Planning & Delivery IPP APPS, Stephan led the establishment of the New Product Introductions department post-merger with ASML. Stephan holds a Master of Science in Operations Management and Logistics and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
