Stephanie Smit

Stephanie Smit is a Quality Expertise Manager at ASML, where they own the Manufacturing Quality and SPC Competence and serve as the Manufacturing Lead for Product Regulatory & Compliance. They previously held roles at Carrier Corporation as Manager of Quality & Continuous Improvement and Logistics, as well as at Philips Lighting as Operations Manager for Customer Care EMEA. Their early career includes pivotal positions at DAF Trucks NV as a 6Sigma Dedicated Black Belt and Process Engineer. Stephanie earned a Master’s degree in Business and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Groningen, along with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
