Stephen Chen

Stephen Chen is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at ASML since January 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with diverse stakeholders and designing linear motors for the NXT Reticle Stage. Previously, Stephen worked as an ASML GSC Engineer focusing on troubleshooting complex DUV equipment and managing reticle stage and handler modules. Experience also includes a role as Deputy Engineer at HIWIN MIKROSYSTEM, overseeing high-performance air bearing stage projects and programming tools for modeling and proposal generation. Earlier positions include intern roles at K-Kingdom Inc. and Brant Hydraulics Corporation, engaging in robotic arm development and 3D modeling. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor's degree from National Chung Cheng University.
