Steve Strepek

Steve Strepek is an experienced engineering leader with a career spanning over two decades. Since April 2016, Steve has held multiple significant roles at ASML, including Head of Engineering, Sr. Director of Engineering, and Director of Mechanical Engineering. Prior to ASML, Steve worked at International from June 2010 to April 2016, serving as Director of Supply Chain Engineering, Chief Engineer for Vehicle and Powertrain Engineering, and Product Manager for Vehicle Engineering. Steve’s earlier experience includes positions at Ricardo from April 1999 to June 2010, where roles included Director of Technology Innovation for Clean Energy, Director of Engineering Operations, and Manager of Advanced Systems Engineering. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Machine Design and Thermal Sciences from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, with further education from IMD.
