Steven Datema

Steven Datema is an experienced Project Manager specializing in D&E EUV metrology, with a strong background in the semiconductors industry. They began their career as a Designer at ASML from 2001 to 2005 and returned to the company in 2017, where they held various roles, including Team Lead for EUV metrology and Project Manager, overseeing product development and the full development cycle for installed base and service products. They also worked as a researcher at Germanischer Lloyd and as a Performance Analyst at KPN. Steven earned a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Delft University of Technology in 1998.
