Sungmee Cho currently serves as a Senior System Industrialization Engineer at ASML, specializing in the inspection tool MBI SEM eScan1x00 since February 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a SEM test engineer, focusing on multi beam inspection (MBI) scanning electron microscopy mechanical alignment and electron optics calibration.
