Sushrut Modak

Sushrut Modak is a Sr. Electron Optics Engineer at ASML, where they are currently driving scientific simulation tool and algorithm development. Previously, Sushrut served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, focusing on optoelectronic devices and the impact of radiation on semiconductor properties. In addition, they worked as a Visiting Research Scientist at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research from 2011 to 2012. Sushrut has developed various advanced characterization techniques and contributed to collaborative research in nano-optical surfaces and tunable absorbers.
