Thai Phan

Thai Phan has extensive experience in the field of engineering, particularly as a Field Service Engineer. Currently employed at ASML since April 2013, Thai has also held significant positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as Principal Tech Equipment Engineer, and at Ebara Technologies Inc. as a Field Service Engineer. Earlier roles include working at Atmel UK on a short-term contract, where Thai trained new CMP technicians and engaged in tool upgrades and cost-saving projects. Additionally, experience encompasses positions at Axcelis Technologies, GE Ion Track, Tokyo Electron Mass, speedfam, Asyst Technologies, and Lasertron Inc. A foundational education in Electronics Technology was received from Bunker Hill Community College.
