Theo Parge

Theo Parge, CPIM, is the Director of Planning & Delivery at ASML Wilton, where they lead strategic initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness. They previously held various roles at ASML, including Operations Project Manager and Senior Manager of Factory Logistics & Planning. With prior experience at Applied Materials as the Materials and Purchasing Team Lead, and a background in supply chain from Generac Power Systems, Theo has cultivated a strong foundation in supply chain management. They earned their Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University.
