Thomas Beringer

Thomas Beringer is a Senior Workstream Project Lead at ASML Taiwan, where they facilitate collaboration between TSMC and ASML on the EUV Light Source. Previously, they held various engineering roles at ASML, including Senior Project Lead, where they led a diverse team in research, and Senior Design Engineer, focusing on performance improvements in complex systems for microchip fabrication. Thomas also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Wuerzburg and completed a Ph.D. at the Max Planck Society under Nobel laureate Prof. Klaus von Klitzing, specializing in electron transport in graphene and complex-oxide heterostructures. They hold a Master’s degree in Physics from SUNY at Buffalo and a Vordiplom from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.
