Thuy Vu

Thuy Vu is a seasoned technical leader and senior engineer specializing in lithography, semiconductor metrology, and wafer alignment. They completed a PhD in Photonics and Semiconductor Nanophysics at Eindhoven University of Technology, where they optimized the material quality of nanowires for solar cells, achieving a notable efficiency. Thuy has held various roles at ASML, focusing on improving photolithography systems and integrating optical sensors. They also served as a research fellow at Hanyang University, investigating metamaterials and contributing to multiple publications.
