TIANJIAO CHEN

Tianjiao Chen is currently the Director of Research Development at ASML, where they lead a team of 30-40 mechanical engineers on projects related to DUV and EUV products. Previously, Tianjiao worked as a research assistant at MIT, focusing on chemical looping combustion while pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. They also held roles as a research assistant at Ohio University and the University of Hamburg, where they contributed to advanced experimental setups and mechanical designs. Tianjiao earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University.
