TJ Novakowski is currently the Group Lead for EUV Source Performance at ASML. They held the position of Senior Engineer in the same department from 2017 to 2020 and previously served as an Architect for EUV Source Performance. TJ began their academic career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University from 2013 to 2017 while pursuing a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering, and they also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at Brookhaven National Laboratory in 2015.
