Tobias Schmidt

Tobias Schmidt currently serves as the Head of Product Engineering at ASML since July 2025 and is also a Business Coach at Tobias Schmidt Coaching and Consulting since June 2024, focusing on leadership, change management, and personal and professional development for executives, teams, and individuals in transformation processes. Prior to these roles, Tobias Schmidt worked at BIOTRONIK from August 2015 to June 2025, holding various positions including Head of Equipment Development and Head of Production Technology Equipment Application Lab, where responsibilities involved the development and integration of new departments and optimizing manufacturing processes.
