Tom Bieleveld

Tom Bieleveld is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in machine conditioning and research and development. Currently serving as a Machine Conditioning Architect and Team Lead at ASML since May 2018, Tom also holds the role of Architect DE EC&I MITS Module Infrastructure Thermal Source EUV. Prior experience includes managerial positions in R&D at IF-Adamas BV and CAD2M, as well as co-founding roles in International Business and Technology Group B.V. and Triga Engineering. Tom has also served as Chief Research and Development Engineer at EC Sagittar. Educationally, Tom earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, with a focus on Thermo Fluids Engineering, Combustion Technology, Sustainable Energy Technology, and Automotive Technology.
