Tom De Wilde

Tom De Wilde is the Global Head of Organizational Development at ASML, a position held since January 2019, where they lead the global team in aligning people and organization processes to support organizational growth. Previously, Tom served as a People Development Manager at ASML, focusing on global talent management and policy advice for the Executive Committee. Their earlier experience includes a managerial role at Accenture, where they led various projects in organization design and change management across multiple industries. Tom also spent time as a guest lecturer at Tilburg University, educating extended Master students in HRM about performance management in multinationals. They hold dual Master’s degrees in Psychology and Business Economics from Ghent University and completed an Advanced Leadership Acceleration Program at IMD Business School.
