Tom Elsten

Tom Elsten is a Release Train Engineer and Agile Coach at ASML, where they focus on technology and its sustainable application to enhance human health and performance. Tom has previously worked as a User Experience Consultant, Designer, and Product Owner across various companies, including Philips and Eneco, where they developed user-centric applications and led project teams. They hold a Master of Science in Human-Technology Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology and have additional qualifications in Physics and Computer Science. In their personal time, Tom enjoys running, playing soccer, and engaging in road cycling.
