Tom Kroes

Tom Kroes currently serves as the Sustainability Strategy Manager at ASML, focusing on human rights and social topics. Before this role, Tom Kroes worked at PwC Nederland, first as a Sustainability Manager providing consulting services and corporate sustainability management, and previously as a Manager in the banking consulting practice. Tom Kroes also founded and operated Tom Kroes Dressage, specializing in training, competing, and selling dressage horses from 2005 to 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Economics with a specialization in Finance from the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
