Tom van der Hoeff

Tom van der Hoeff is a Solution Owner and Project Lead in the D&E department at ASML, where they focus on excimer laser definition, specification, and integration in semiconductor equipment since 2018. Previously, Tom was a Development Engineer at ASML, specializing in excimer lasers, and worked as a Designer of Joining and Welding with Nd-YAG lasers at Philips Applied Technologies from 1998 to 1999. Tom holds multiple degrees in physics and photonics from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, which were earned between 1994 and 1999.
