Tom Willems is currently a project lead for NPI NXE scanners at ASML, where they have previously held roles as an EUV System Install Generalist and Engineer in Taiwan. They earned a Master's degree in Electronics and ICT Engineering Technology, graduating cum laude from KU Leuven in 2017. Their earlier research at Niko involved designing wireless buttons that utilize energy harvesting techniques to eliminate the need for batteries.
