Toon Kuijpers has extensive experience in engineering and project management, holding significant positions at notable companies. From October 2011 to January 2018, Toon served as System Architect, Project Manager, and Technical Lead at SKF, focusing on innovative solutions in predictive maintenance and IoT. Prior to this, Toon worked as an R&D Technologist at Philips Innovation Services, specializing in MEMS and Microfluidics. Currently, Toon is a Sr. Architect for Mechatronic Systems at ASML. Toon completed a PhD in Transducer Science and Technology at the University of Twente, where research focused on integrated position sensing for microactuator systems, and holds an MSc in Measurement and Control Engineering. Further education includes a course certificate in Molecular Biology from Hogeschool Utrecht.
