Tri Bach

Tri Bach is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in semiconductor and process engineering. Currently serving as Competency Engineer 3 at ASML since January 2018, Tri has previously held roles such as Sr Global Support Center Engineer at the same company, and Process Engineer 3 at ON Semiconductor. Previous positions include Process Engineer III at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, and roles at Xunlight Corporation and Hynix Semiconductor where Tri specialized in thin film processes and PECVD solar cell technologies. Tri began a career in semiconductor engineering at Rockwell Semiconductor Systems, Inc. and Silicon Systems, along with initial work as a Device Engineer at United Detector Technology, Inc. Tri holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, focusing on VLSI circuit design and wafer fabrication.
