Troy Segaar

Troy Segaar is currently a Program Management Officer in the Business Line DUV at ASML, where they support the development of advanced lithography machines. Previously, Troy held various internships, including roles at the Gobernación de Antioquia, where they designed public policy for gender equality, and at the Dutch Ministry of Interior Affairs, assisting with EU and international affairs. Troy also gained experience as an Accountmanager at Bechtle direct Nederland and has held positions in the Program Management Office for both DUV and EXE Business Lines at ASML. Troy holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and has participated in international academic programs, including a summer school at Sciences Po.
