Previously, they held multiple leadership roles, including Sr EHS Manager and TW Country EHS Director at Micron Technology. Chen's earlier career involved significant positions at companies like DuPont, Texas Instruments, and Macronix, where they managed various environmental and safety initiatives. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Feng Chia University and a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from National Taiwan University.
