Vincent Sangers

Vincent Sangers is the HR Head of Strategy & Project Office at ASML, where they define and deploy people strategies while managing transformation and communication initiatives. With previous roles as HR Program Manager for M&A and HR Director for ASML in Silicon Valley, Vincent has extensive experience in post-merger integration and organizational development. They began their career as a Consultant at Ebbinge & Company and later managed HR at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
