Walter Belgers

Walter Belgers is a seasoned security specialist with over 30 years of experience in the field. They have served as a principal security consultant at Madison Gurkha B.V., where they conducted extensive security assessments and organized the Black Hat Sessions for nearly two decades. Currently, they work as a Security Officer at Philips and a Security Manager at ASML, while also sharing their expertise as a guest lecturer at Maastricht University. Walter has held leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as president of Toool and NLUUG, and has contributed to the field through writing, lecturing, and organizing events.
