Weiwen T. possesses extensive experience in intellectual property law and engineering, having held prominent positions such as Patent Counsel at TSMC North America from August 2017 to September 2021 and Senior IP Counsel at ZEKU Technologies from September 2021 to July 2023. Currently serving as Senior Patent Counsel at ASML since October 2023, Weiwen previously worked as a Patent Agent at Hauptman Ham, LLP and gained valuable experience as a Student Attorney at Howard University School of Law's Intellectual Property and Trademark Clinic. With a solid engineering background from United Microelectronics Corporation, where Weiwen worked as a Staff Engineer from 2005 to 2010, Weiwen's academic credentials include a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, and both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from National Chung Hsing University and National Cheng Kung University, respectively.
