William Dorner is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a global engineering test leader with extensive experience in reliability, quality, and compliance testing. Currently serving as a Sr. Engineering Manager at ASML, they lead the Development & Engineering Hardware & Test Center in Wilton, CT, overseeing a team of over 30 and managing multiple lab facilities. Prior to ASML, William held leadership positions at Allegion and Ingersoll Rand, directing product assurance and testing teams across various global locations. They have a strong educational background with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management & Productivity and Applied Statistics, respectively, from the University of Iowa.
