Xandra Aretz

Xandra Aretz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and business analysis. Currently serving as a Product Manager and Subject Matter Expert at ASML since September 2016, Xandra has also held positions as a Senior Business Analyst and contributed as a Co-Director for Product Management Programming at the Boston Product Management Association from May 2023 to December 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an Implementation Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics NAV at 4PS and as a Project Manager and Procurement Specialist at Sint Maartenskliniek. Xandra earned a Master of Science in Organizational Design & Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Radboud University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Teacher Primary Education from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
