Xeno Kalogeropoulos

Xeno Kalogeropoulos is a Mechanical Architect at ASML, focusing on the DUV Imaging group since 2025. Prior to this role, Xeno served as a Module Architect at VDL Enabling Technologies Group from 2021 to 2025, where they led the design and technical integration of advanced mechatronic systems for wafer handling. Xeno also held the position of Principal Mechanical Engineer at Cambridge Consultants from 2015 to 2021, involving key projects such as the design of an emergency ventilator during the COVID-19 pandemic. Xeno earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Sustainable Energy Systems) from the University of Southampton in 2015.
