Xiang Li is currently a Metrology SEM Architect at ASML, where they support the introduction of new model machines and improve structured issue resolution processes. Previously, they held multiple positions at ASML, including roles as a Startup Equipment Support Engineer, SEM Electron Optics Architect, and SEM Project Lead, contributing to the development of next-generation metrology tools for the semiconductor industry. Xiang also worked as an Optical Scientist Intern at Meta, focusing on R&D for eye-tracking technology in AR/VR applications. They earned a PhD in Physics from Caltech after completing a Bachelor's degree with honors in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
