XiaoFu Li

XiaoFu Li is a Staff Control Algorithm Engineer at ASML and the founder of Vibrapower, with over eight years of research experience in mechanical engineering. Having previously served as a Research Assistant at Auburn University and North Carolina State University, they focused on nonlinear dynamics, control algorithms, and electro-mechanical integration. XiaoFu holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Zhengzhou University, a Master of Engineering from Auburn University, and a Doctorate from North Carolina State University, both with a GPA of 4.0. Currently, XiaoFu is engaged in advanced research and technical development in nonlinear system optimization and energy harvesting.
