Yang Shi

Yang Shi is a Principal Engineer at ASML, focusing on EUV source technology development and serving as a key module function architect. Prior to this role, they worked as a Writing System Engineer at Eastman Kodak, specializing in printer sensor technology and calibration processes. Yang began their career as a Staff System Engineer at KLA-Tencor and previously served as a Research Scientist at the University of Nevada, contributing to significant DOE and NSF projects. They hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Chinese Academy of Science and a master’s degree from Fudan University.
