Previously, they worked as a Product Change Leader and Tactical Buyer at ASML, managing processes related to product configurations and tenders. Yara began their career in roles such as Team Leader at Ahold Nederland and Sales Support at The HEINEKEN Company. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce from Radboud University and a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen, alongside pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt at UPD Academy.
