Yen Ching Ho

Yen Ching Ho is a Production Engineer Team Leader at ASML with over 7 years of experience in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry. They began their career as an assembly engineer and advanced to leadership, where they manage a team focused on developing repair processes for ASML machine parts. Yen Ching has honed skills in process optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis and played a pivotal role in establishing ASML Taiwan's first PCBA repair center, contributing to significant cost savings.
