Yi-Chia Tsai

Yi-Chia Tsai is a Senior Algorithm Software Engineer II at ASML, where they design and develop machine-learning tools for computational lithography. They hold a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from National Chiao Tung University. Yi-Chia has experience as a Research Assistant, where they developed the Open-Boundary Quantum LED Simulator and contributed to significant advancements in LED efficiency. Previously, they also served as a Visiting Student Researcher at Stanford University and held various research roles during their graduate studies.
