Yi-Hsing Peng

Yi-Hsing Peng is a highly experienced professional in the field of electrical engineering and optical technology, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Product Engineering at ASML since 2009, where responsibilities include computational lithography and OPC verification across various technologies such as DUV, EUV, DPT, TPT, and SADP.
