Ying-Jen Chen is currently the Lead Engineer Development and Engineering EUV at ASML, a position held since 2021. Prior to this, Ying-Jen worked at ASML as a Design Engineer from 2018 to 2021 and held various roles in prestigious institutions, including serving as a Visiting Scientist at Harvard University and a Ph.D. Candidate at the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light. Ying-Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, a Master's degree from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, and a Doctorate in Natural Sciences from the Max Planck Institute. Ying-Jen also gained valuable experience through internships and positions at Philips Research Center, Siemens, and Georg-August-Universität Göttingen.
