Yuanchang Chen

Yuanchang (York) Chen, Ph.D., P.E., is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at ASML, where they develop mechanical designs for electron beam inspection and metrology chambers. With over five years of experience, they previously worked as a Mechanical Engineer III at Applied Materials, focusing on electro-thermal-mechanical modules, and served as a Mechanical Engineer II at Caterpillar Inc., specializing in finite element analysis. Yuanchang has also contributed to research in structural dynamics during their time as a Research Associate at The University of Texas at Dallas and as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Hunan University. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology, Yuanchang continues to advance their expertise in the field.
