Yue Tan

Yue Tan has extensive experience in semiconductor technology development and project management. At GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Yue led a process capacity improvement team focused on CMOS technology for automobile standards and successfully developed 14nm and 7nm SRAM technology. Currently, as a Project Manager/Engineering Manager at ASML, Yue oversees multidisciplinary teams to advance chip-making equipment, managing significant budgets to deliver innovative products. Prior experience at IBM included leading the development of RF devices and SRAM technologies from 90nm to 7nm, emphasizing design automation and technology qualification. Yue holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Southeast University and a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
