Zhe Hou

Zhe Hou, PhD, is a Technical Lead for Metrology at ASML, focusing on the design and optimization of high-performance optical systems. With a decade of education and practical experience in Optics and Photonics, Zhe has previously held roles such as R&D Optical Engineer at Datalogic and Design Engineer at Bright Society. Zhe earned a PhD in Applied Physics with a specialization in Optical Design from Delft University of Technology, where research centered on developing novel systematic methods for optical design. Having worked in various international environments, Zhe demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills.
