Ziyang Ma is currently a Principal Software Engineer and Manager of Resist Model RD at ASML, where they develop advanced models using deep learning and physics-based empirical methods. Previously, Ziyang served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University from 2008 to 2013. They are also pursuing a Ph.D. in Physics at the California Institute of Technology.
