Andrea Gasparini

Andrea Gasparini is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the corporate sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and M&A Director at Asmodee since June 2019, Andrea previously held significant positions at Lagardère Travel Retail, including VP of Strategy, Corporate Development and Financial Planning, as well as Vice President of M&A and Strategy from August 2014 to February 2019. Prior experience includes various M&A roles at Mediobanca from January 2008 to August 2014, ultimately reaching the position of Vice President. Andrea holds a Master Grande Ecole degree in Finance from ESCP Business School and has completed multiple degrees in Business Administration from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia.
