Arnaud Roussel

Arnaud Roussel currently serves as SVP Strategy & Transformation at Asmodee, focusing on transformation and operational strategy, as well as group structuring and M&A integration since July 2023. Prior to this, Roussel worked at Strategy& from February 2015 to June 2023, holding various roles, including Director of Deals Strategy & Operations, where responsibilities encompassed operation, synergy, and post-merger integration. Roussel's earlier experience includes significant positions at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, where operational strategic plans were developed, and a part-time consulting role at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals. Roussel began the career with internships at BNP Paribas and ALSTOM, gaining insight into private equity and corporate strategy. Roussel holds a Grande École program degree from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s in Operation & Production management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
