Mindy Oman, PHR, serves as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at Asmodee since August 2023, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of ADP Workforce Now and administering health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and COBRA. Previous experience includes managing payroll and benefits at Padagis LLC and Würth Industry North America, where Mindy ensured compliance, accuracy, and timely processing for multi-state workforces. Mindy's career began at Lake Air Companies, progressing through various HR roles, including Human Resources Generalist and Business Partner, contributing to significant HRIS migrations and payroll efficiencies. Mindy holds a Master of Science in School Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
