Andy Lieu

Andy Lieu has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry, with roles at various companies. Andy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ASMPT Ltd. Prior to this, they held the position of Deputy COO at the same company. Before joining ASMPT Ltd, Lieu worked at Heraeus as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations. Andy also served as Director at STATS ChipPAC Ltd. and Sr Global Package Engineering Operations Manager at NXP. Lieu began their career at Intel Corporation, where they held roles as Senior Assembly Operation Manager and Sr Assembly Engineering Manager.

Andy Lieu attended the University of Kentucky from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
